I have been lucky enough to have visited the Cote d’Azur or French Riviera on several occasions. Its a beautiful melding of mountains, sea, rocky beaches and tropical and exotic plant life, not to mention, great food, friendly people and lots of sun.

I have done a few paintings before of the area but decided to try to make a concerted approach to the many drawings and sketches I have between to city of Nice and Menton, the final town in France before the Italian border.
